Our Pastor
Pastor Marsha, a native of Grand Rapids, Michigan is director of Women’s Ministry at Lighthouse Worship Center where she and her husband, Overseer Eric Scott are the Co- Founders. She flows in a prophetic anointing and possesses a unique ability to communicate the Gospel of Christ, as a result, Pastor Marsha emerges as a sought-after conference speaker, and intercessor.
God has allowed her to speak to many through conferences, and experience one on one interactions with those who are dealing with a wide range of issues from abuse and divorce to low self-esteem. It is through these interactions that she shares her own personal testimony of God’s love and transforming power. The mother of three adult sons Eric Jr., Aaron and Darrin; she enjoys spending quality time with her sons and grandchild. With diligence and hard work, Pastor Marsha was honored to have her Master of Theology Degree conferred on her from the North Carolina College of Theology in June of 2020.
With her desire to touch the hurting and impact the lost with the transforming power of God’s love and word, Pastor Marsha has written her first book, The Secret Is In The Sauce, which can be found on Amazon or at www.AuthorMarshaSco.com.

and can be found on all digital media outlets. Pastor Marsha’s
greatest desire is to be a daughter that makes her Heavenly
